Shipping policy

Rambly Post's orders are all shipped with Australia Post (and their international partners).

Order Processing

Please allow up to 5 business days for order packing and processing. I pack all your orders myself with lots of love and heartfelt care, so I would appreciate your patience while I pack and mail your orders!

If your order includes pre-order items (e.g., mail club monthly editions) along with ready-to-ship products, your entire order will be sent together (sometimes in separate packaging) once the pre-order items are ready.

Each item is packed with care; whether it’s a sticker or a print made just for you. You’ll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is on the way.

Shipping Methods

  • Postcards, mini prints, stickers, and other small shop items will be mail out as untracked letters to keep shipping costs low for both of us.
  • Classic prints (E.g., A4/A3 prints) or any larger items will be mailed out via standard parcel shipping.

Shipping Times

Once your order has been shipped, delivery times are estimated and it can vary based on your location and your local postal services:

  • Australia: 1-2 weeks
  • New Zealand: 2-3 weeks
  • Rest of the World: 4-8 weeks

Split Shipments

  • The Mail Club is posted separately from other items.
  • Orders with pre-order items will ship together (sometimes in separate packaging) once all items are ready.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your cart.

International Shipping

We currently ship to a select number of countries, with shipping rates calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Postcards, mini prints, stickers, and other small shop items are sent internationally as untracked letters and do not include tracking.

Orders are dispatched within 3-5 business days, and delivery typically take anywhere between 5 days to 8 weeks (depending on destination). A more accurate estimate will be provided at checkout.

While we take great care in packaging your order, once it has been shipped, delivery is the responsibility of the postal service.

Please note: Customers are responsible for all shipping costs, as well as any customs fees, import taxes, or duties required by their country.
